The repetitive impacts experienced by HSC occupants have been shown to result in exceeding both the EU Exposure Action Value (EAV) and the Exposure Limit Value (ELV). Therefore operators must implement an appropriate health surveillance programme for their employees and other individuals for whom they have a duty-of-care.
